Many thanks to one and all who braved the showers and came to the village of Wickham for our May photoshoot.
We met at the Station car park off Mill Lane which is a free car park next to the Meon Valley Trail.
We then wandered through the town and along the old railway path taking pictures before having lunch at the Crumbs Traditional Tearoom at Chesapeake Mill built from timbers from the United States frigate Chesapeake. The Mill with its 200 years of history and vast collection of antiques to view is very near to the car park and is next to the river Meon.
The theme for the day was 'Ties and Tiles' which was interpreted broadly and often with a stretch of imagination in all the images that were posted on Facebook.
Many thanks to Suzy for organising this trip while Clive was away.
