Our u3a is managed by the Committee which meets about every six weeks to plan our activities. The members of the Committee who were elected at the AGM on 4 July 2025 and their roles are shown below.

At least two members of our u3a need to submit nomination forms to join the Committee for 2026-27 to succeed those who have served the maximum term specified by our Constitution, including the Chairman.
Serving on the Committee, which meets every six or so weeks, is not onerous and enables members to bring fresh ideas to the running of our u3a. We cannot operate without a Committee so please consider putting yourself forward so that our u3a can continue.


Members of our u3a can be co-opted onto the Committee during the year if the number of people currently serving on it is less than the maximum number permitted by the Constitution.
Please contact any member of the current Committee to learn about what its work covers and what their role involves.
New members of the Committee may serve as general members initially to become familiar with its work and responsibilities.
