Our u3a is managed in accordance with our Constitution which was last amended in 2019 to increase the maximum number of terms that members can serve in specified roles on the Committee, and to incorporate the new logo.

The Constitution had previously been updated in 2018 to amend the definition of Charitable Purposes in line with updated guidance from The Third Age Trust.

Prior to that it was updated in 2015 using the revised model constitution provided by the Trust to comply with best practice and the latest legislation at that time.
